These semi-private PT sessions are great if you are looking to:

• Have a 1-2-1 coaching experience

• Improve your strength & fitness

• Learn about session structure

• Follow a progressive program

… ALL FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST

You’ll participate in a 1 hour group session, every week, for 8 weeks

Outside of these sessions, you’ll have a program to follow so that you can practice what you’ve learned & progress as the weeks go on!
